NVC Dance Floors are spatial and visual tools for learning a healthy, authentic and efficient communication with others and with yourself.
You will be welcome to work on your anger or any other difficult emotion. You can revisit the challenging situation with the group or learn how to transform it afterwards.
This amazing tool of anger management is a set of core life skills for whoever wants to have a peaceful mind, self-awareness and healthy communication day by day.
In this workshop you will learn to :
Make difference between observation and judgment
Identify what’s going on with you in a challenging situation
Accept your struggles
Transform anger, guilt or other difficult feelings into information about yourself
Re-use this information to build self-connection, mourn unmet needs and find new strategies to be happy
Move forward with a new tool for self-awareness and communication !
