Designed specifically for women, this Coaching Programme supports you to build three main leadership qualities: purpose, clarity and confidence in your professional life.
Whether you’re about to make a new start your own business, thinking about new opportunities, or have been presented with a major career decision – there are times when deliberate reflection and additional support is invaluable.
In 3 sessions this programme helps you gain increased clarity about:
Session 1: what is truly important to you - your Values;
Session 2: what makes you get up in the morning and sustains you in challenging times – your Purpose;
Session 3: your guiding star that will inspire you and others - your Vision.
You will also leave with your personal action plan with concrete steps to realize your vision with confidence.
How do we work together?
• In small groups (4-8 participants)
• 3 x 2-hour sessions (spread over 1 month to allow personal reflection and a feedback loop as you go through the program)
• With exercises guided by your coach
• By learning from the wisdom of your peers
• Through continuous support at CO-SPACE.

The workshop is led by Irene Ohler, founding director at www.iglobal-coaching.com, and is based on her more than 15 years international experience as a Coach.
