Meal planning is one of the most important things to stay on track with your healthy eating habits. We often worry it will take a lot of time and cost too much but in this workshop we will show you how to prepare 12 meals with inexpensive ingredients available everywhere in HCMC, and only using a chopping board, a knife, burners, pots and a small blender.
Join us for this exclusive workshop where Chiara Squinzi, certified Health Coach and Yoga Teacher, will teach you how to make 3 delicious meals.
We will make 4 servings of 400kcal each of the following meals in order to prepare 2 meals a day for 6 days – skipping Sunday for eating out or take-away.
During the class we will prepare:
1) Anti-Inflammatory Cauliflower Fried Rice with Crispy Edamame
2) Sweet Potato and Red Bean Patties with Organic Tofu Mayonnaise & Roasted Vegetables
3) Protein Pesto with Organic Whole-Wheat Penne Pasta or Brown Rice Noodles (brown rice pasta available for purchase on the day)
You will learn everything from where to find all the ingredients to the basic techniques for shopping, cooking, flavouring, and preserving your meals.
