Another trip around the sun! Start the new year off strong with The Hive & Girls With Guns' founder & yoga teacher Sarah Hodgens. This is an energizing and revitalizing 60-minute yoga session in honor of the life-sustaining presence the sun. Suitable for absolute beginners or those more advanced.
Input & Output, Inhale & Exhale. These are the qualities that make us human. We breathe to remember our connection to each other and the infinite from where we all come. As Carl Sagan said, “The cosmos is within us. We are made of star-stuff. We are away for the universe to know itself.”
Through a yoga flow designed around the Sun Salutations, Sarah will guide you through a sequence to help draw physical awareness, strength, revitalization and relaxation to the body and help clear the mind.
